EB-3 PROGRAM

Working Together

Program Overview

The US Government has created a visa for people who are seeking employment in unskilled positions. This is the EB-3 'Other Workers' Visa and it allows US employers to sponsor foreign national in jobs that are experiencing a chronic labor shortage.

Each year, the U.S. government allocates 10,000 visas for unskilled positions. The most difficult part

of the process is finding an employer able and willing to sponsor them. EHG has partnered with

qualified employers who are ready to sponsor foreign nationals.

The EB-3Visa is a great opportunity for you to gain a green card to the United States and may be

obtained by adjusting your status or through consular processing from your home country. If applicable, your spouse and unmarried children under 21 are eligible too!

Why does the EB-3 Program work?

USA employers are struggling to find suitable applicants for their unskilled work positions. Industries like janitorial, restaurants, packing and warehousing have been hit hardest by the pandemic. Rather than closing their doors, many employers have looked for other options to staff their businesses. One option that many employers have found beneficial is pursuing sponsorships of prospective immigrants who are willing to fill openings with the help of an EB-3 unskilled visa. The Immigration Act of 1990 created an Employment Based Visa program that has allowed US businesses to sponsor foreign nationals willing and qualified to work. The EB-3 Visa Program leads directly to U.S. permanent residency with more favorable conditions than most routes available in immigration law today!
