About the Role

Maintain hotel/lodge in a clean and orderly manner. Clean guest rooms, locker room areas, conference facilities, halls and all public area spaces; remove, sort, fold, carry, replace linens; make beds; replenish supplies, set up guest room and meeting room furniture, pictures and amenities; dust, mop, vacuum, extract/shampoo carpets; clean bathrooms, polish mirrors and windows; dispose of refuse. Follow required cleaning and sanitizing procedures. The employer will offer at least 35 hours of work per week. Worksite is open 7 days a week, workdays will vary Sunday through Saturday. Normal shift 8:30am-5pm (includes 30-minute unpaid break). Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy.

Requirements

Exuberant Hospitality Group LLC has following Full-time, seasonal openings from 04/1/2023 through 10/31/2023, Housekeeper: 220 openings, min 35hrs/wk. 7am-2pm & 3pm-10pm & 11pm-6am. Wage $12.50/hr. Overtime if available is paid at 1.5 (time + half) after 40hrs/week at $18.75/hr. Perform housekeeping cleaning such as clean hotel/resort guest rooms, condos, cottages, villas including dusting, sweeping, moping & vacuuming. Make beds & replenish linens. Clean bathroom & kitchen, emptying trash, cleaning hallways and public areas. Work week is Monday through Sunday, Scheduled shifts and workdays vary. Weekends & holidays required. Minimum 3 months hotel/resort housekeeping experience required. Comply with OSHA standards for chemical handling. Able to lift & push up to 30lb Weighs housekeeping cart and linen bags. Housekeepers will report directly to the Executive Housekeeping Manager at Exuberant Hospitality Group. Rotate/split shift is required. Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free. Employer does not provide the workers option to board, lodging, or other fringe benefits. However, employer intends to assist the workers to secure lodging, by providing availability and contact information of lodging providers available in the area of work site. Workers are responsible for paying their own lodging, including utilities. No daily transportation to/from work provided. No on the job training provided. Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week. Guaranteed work for total hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay or reimburse directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $14/day and max $59/day with receipts), if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $14/day and max $59/day with receipts), upon departure.
