About the Role

Front Desk Agents who will be responsible to serve as guests first point of contact. This position responsible for registering guests, accommodating their requests, providing room information including rates and amenities, financial paperwork, and communicating with other departments on the status of guest rooms. Front Desk Agents may be required to upsell guest rooms and promote hotel services. Hotel experience is preferred. Should be able to stand and move for long periods of time. Must be able to speak and understand clear English, handle adversity with ease and diffuse issues that may arise with professionalism. Will report directly to the Supervisor at Exuberant Hospitality Group. Three (3) months of experience at a hotel, resort, or private club is required. The successful applicant must pass a pre-employment background check. All worksites located in Okaloosa County, Osceola County, Palm Beach County, Orange County, Sumter County, Lee County and Marion County, Florida.

Will report directly to the Supervisor at Exuberant Hospitality Group. Three (3) months of experience at a hotel, resort, or private club is required. All worksites located in Okaloosa County, Osceola County, Palm Beach County, Orange County, Sumter County, Lee County and Marion County, Florida. Rotate/split shift is required. Supplies, work tools & equipment are provided free. Employer does not provide the workers option to board, lodging, or other fringe benefits. However, employer intends to assist the workers to secure lodging, by providing availability and contact information of lodging providers available in the area of work site. Workers are responsible for paying their own lodging, including utilities. No daily transportation to/from work provided. No on the job training provided. Visa & related fees will be reimbursed in the first work week. Guaranteed work for total hours equal to at least ¾ of the workdays in each 12-week period. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay or reimburse directly for transportation and daily subsistence (min $14/day and max $59/day with receipts), if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early employer will arrange and pay directly for return transportation and daily subsistence (min $14/day and max $59/day with receipts), upon departure.
